They helped us with directions, called taxis for us, and even ordered delivery food. the hotel is conveniently located near a train station, making it easy to explore the city. We also appreciated the fact that we were provided with complimentary access to a hot spring nearby.
The rooms were on the smaller side and the pillows were quite hard. there were not as many restaurant options in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located very near a train station, making it easy to explore the area. It is situated in a quiet area, ensuring a peaceful stay. the staff is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to assist guests, offering services such as drawing maps, calling taxis, and even ordering food and drinks. the rooms are small, but comfortable, and come with facilities such as a hot spring ticket and a tasty breakfast with options like crab.
The bed in the room is too hard for my liking.

The location of the hotel was convenient, close to train stations and restaurants. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing information and assistance, going above and beyond to ensure guests had a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided a good selection of food and was quite tasty.
The rooms were noisy, with thin walls making it easy to overhear conversations from adjacent rooms. The bed was quite hard, which was uncomfortable for those who prefer softer sleeping surfaces.
